Background
This project targeted the ‘1st year Grad Show at VCC’, which required the background story concept and high-end style design. The final poster was chosen by classmates and instructors in the competition.
Challenge
I created various concepts for the grad show poster, which included design trends and graphic design skills.
Solution
The final image is a combination of the city of Vancouver and symbols of the VCC graphic design course. I wanted to illustrate stories from the design course and student life. This concept illustration received ‘Top Talent’ from the Adobe Design Achievement Awards.
